Territory Sales Specialist

Curtis Lane Holdings LLC seeks a Territory Sales Specialist to drive new business and deepen relationships with healthcare services and health IT clients. In this finance and insurance-focused role, you will prospect and qualify leads, manage a regional sales pipeline, and present advisory, investment banking, and capital solutions tailored to client needs. You will collaborate closely with senior bankers to structure offerings, support pitches, and help close complex M&A and capital-raising engagements. The position requires strong financial acumen, Salesforce/CRM proficiency, and the ability to travel within your territory to meet clients on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new healthcare services and health IT client relationships in assigned territory

• Manage and grow a regional pipeline of finance and insurance-related advisory and investment opportunities

• Conduct needs assessments and position firm's M&A, capital raising, and advisory solutions

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals in partnership with senior bankers

• Collaborate with internal deal teams to support pitch materials and transaction execution

• Track activities and opportunities in CRM and provide accurate sales forecasts

• Negotiate commercial terms within guidelines and help drive deal closure

• Maintain strong knowledge of healthcare market trends, competitors, and client strategies

• Represent the firm at conferences, events, and client meetings within the territory
