Territory Sales Representative

Per Mar Security Services, a family-owned leader in Midwest security since 1953, is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow our customer base in your assigned region. In this field-based role, you will prospect commercial, industrial, and residential clients, conduct on-site assessments, and recommend tailored security solutions including alarm systems, monitoring, and security officer services. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through proposal, negotiation, and closing, while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new commercial and residential security clients within assigned territory

• Conduct on-site assessments to understand customer security needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Present and demonstrate Per Mar security products and services to key decision-makers

• Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales to meet or exceed territory quotas

• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to drive renewals, upsells, and referrals

• Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth service delivery for new accounts

• Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, activities, and sales pipeline

• Participate in industry events, networking, and community outreach to build brand presence

• Stay current on security technologies, competitors, and market trends in the territory
