This role combines systems engineering with product ownership and project management aspects, in order to ensure the solution is technically sound, user-focused, and delivered on-time. - Capture and translate customer needs into clear system specification and acceptance criteria - Shape technical roadmap together with a team of system- & software engineers, breaking down requirements into tasks and milestones - Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing new features, technical improvements, and customer feedback - Drive the development of user-centric, high-performance UIs with Qt/QML, aligning design with usability and architectural integrity - Perform risk management activities by proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery - Ensure high-quality product delivery on time within agreed budget and scope - Manage collaboration with external suppliers and subcontractors, ensure seamless integration into the overall system - Regularly monitor, evaluate and report progress, challenges and customer feedback. - Keep stakeholders informed Personal requirements: - Excellent communication skills with the ability to efficiently collaborate with customers and within cross-functional teams Proactive and pragmatic mindset - Passionated about simulation  Studium: - Informatik mind.
