Technical Business Analyst

The role is properly technical: you'll read OpenAPI specifications, query databases and contribute to solution design, using Jira, Confluence and GitHub. • Supporting backlog refinement, design reviews, functional validation, testing and release readiness

• Investigating product issues, carrying out root cause analysis and recommending improvements

• Producing clear specifications, process models, data mappings and decision records What You'll Bring

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field

• 3+ years in Technical Business Analysis, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis or Product Definition within Agile teams

• Experience defining functional and technical requirements for enterprise software, with a solid grasp of APIs, integrations and data models

• Hands-on technical skills: reading Swagger or OpenAPI specifications and writing SQL queries against databases

• Experience working in Jira, Confluence and GitHub

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex operational scenarios to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience using AI-assisted tools for analysis, documentation or solution design Desirable: airline or airport operations (flight operations, weight and balance, load control, baggage or ramp), mission-critical, safety-critical or regulated systems, Postman or SOAP UI, JSON and log analysis, AI-DLC practices, AI-powered or agentic software
