Talent Acquisition Specialist

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit top retail, corporate, and distribution talent. You'll manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding, while promoting our down to earth, hard working culture. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, craft compelling job postings, and deliver an engaging candidate experience. You'll track key recruiting metrics, use HR systems and job boards, and support employer branding efforts to attract people who thrive in hands on, customer focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for retail, corporate, and distribution roles

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking

• Screen resumes and conduct phone and video interviews

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams

• Draft and post compelling, brand-aligned job descriptions

• Manage candidates through ATS and maintain accurate records

• Track and report on key recruiting metrics and pipeline health

• Facilitate offers, reference checks, and pre-employment steps

• Support onboarding and employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate experience Required Skills
