Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Transportation

MV Transportation is seeking a Recruiter to attract and hire skilled transportation professionals who deliver safe, reliable service to our communities. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for drivers, dispatchers, mechanics, and support staff, from requisition through onboarding. You will partner closely with operations leaders to forecast staffing needs, source diverse candidate pools, and maintain strong pipelines. The Recruiter will uphold compliance standards, champion MV's culture of safety and respect, and support continuous improvement in our hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and job requirements.

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, career fairs, and social media.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition to offer acceptance.

• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

• Oversee background checks, references, and pre-employment requirements.

• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Ensure recruiting practices comply with EEO and company policies.

• Promote MV Transportation's employer brand and culture to candidates.

• Track and report on key recruiting metrics and pipeline status.
