System Director - Revenue Integrity & Charge Capture

Norton Healthcare seeks a System Director, Revenue Integrity to lead strategy and operations that ensure accurate, compliant charge capture and optimized net revenue across its hospitals and ambulatory services. This leader will oversee revenue integrity teams, partner with finance, coding, compliance, and clinical operations, and drive technology-enabled process improvements. The role uses analytics, audits, and KPIs to reduce denials, mitigate risk, and support a patient-first, mission-driven culture while mentoring staff and informing executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute system-wide revenue integrity strategy across hospitals and ambulatory sites

• Oversee charge capture, billing accuracy, and denial prevention to optimize net revenue

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a multi-disciplinary revenue integrity team

• Partner with finance, compliance, coding, and clinical operations to align policies and workflows

• Implement and monitor revenue integrity audits, KPIs, and dashboards

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and payer regulations and organizational compliance standards

• Drive process improvement initiatives using data analytics and root-cause analysis

• Collaborate on technology solutions, EHR/charge master optimization, and pricing updates

• Educate leaders and frontline staff on revenue integrity policies and best practices

• Report performance, risks, and opportunities to senior executive leadership Required Skills
