Stock Picker

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a detail-oriented Stock Picker to support store and e commerce operations. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and replenish apparel and accessories in the stockroom and fulfillment areas, ensuring product is correctly labeled, sized, and staged for sales floor and online orders. You'll use handheld scanners, inventory systems, and basic equipment to locate items, complete cycle counts, and maintain backroom organization. Working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, you'll help ensure efficient product flow, high in-stock levels, and an exceptional customer experience across our global lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack merchandise accurately for store and e commerce orders

• Replenish sales floor from stockroom based on inventory needs

• Use handheld scanners and inventory systems to locate and track items

• Maintain organized, clean, and safe stockroom and fulfillment areas

• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits

• Verify product details including style, size, color, and quantity

• Prepare cartons, labels, and documentation for shipments

• Coordinate with sales floor and management on product flow priorities

• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and company policies
