    Regional Sales Manager Regional Sales Manager at Duraco Specialty Materials This is an opportunity to step into a Regional Sales Manager role at Duraco Specialty Materials. Regional Sales Manager plays a key part in supporting our customers, strengthening relationships, growing business and partnering closely with R&D/technical and customer service teams. What the Role Involves The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for developing new business and growing pre-existing accounts to achieve sales objectives within the assigned geographic region. The RSM will develop strong relationships with customers and collaborate with internal functions to deliver outstanding products and provide superior service to customers. Typical responsibilities include: - Deliver an exceptional customer experience. - Meet - and then exceed - revenue budgets for the territory. - Collaborate with Leadership and within functional area to develop clear engagement plans to support year-over-year territory growth. - Develop and deliver an ongoing, credible overall pipeline with medium to high probability of success worth at least $4MM+. - Leverage business analytic systems, including but not limited to ERP, Power BI, and CRM platforms, to analyze territory performance and develop growth strategies. - Collaborate with relevant functions to ensure appropriate pricing and optimize profitability. - Provide timely reporting, including monthly reporting and CRM updates. - Proactively identify and implement best practices that accelerate growth. - Collaborate with other Duraco Specialty Materials businesses to support cross-selling and other growth initiatives. - Effectively interact and network with various levels of the organization including purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing personnel - Work with Marketing as requested to support effective message and marketing campaign efforts. - Understand and comply with all Corporate and Business Unit Policies. - Work in a safe and compliant manner. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE As a Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Agent working from home, you will: - Provide custom quotes for home, auto, renters, and personal umbrella polices with a goal of converting at least 20% of your calls into a sale. This is not a service role and will not being doing any servicing of existing customers. You will be working with inbound calls but may follow up with outbound calls occasionally. - Demonstrate empathy and active listening, ensuring every customer feels heard and supported throughout the interaction. - Educate customers on policy options and documentation, clearly explaining the required steps or updates. - Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products that align with the customer's needs. - Navigate multiple systems simultaneously, while maintaining a smooth and engaging customer conversation. - Document interactions thoroughly to ensure accuracy, consistency, and continuity of service. - Work from a quiet, distraction-free home environment, maintaining professionalism in all communications. - Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
