Senior Supervisor, Direct Sales

Clearwave Fiber LLC seeks a Senior Supervisor, Direct Sales to lead a high-performing field sales team driving fiber broadband growth in underserved communities. In this role, you'll recruit, coach, and motivate direct sales reps, set territory and door-to-door strategies, and manage KPIs to hit ambitious acquisition goals across residential and small business segments. Partnering closely with Marketing and Business Development, you'll execute local campaigns, optimize routes, and ensure a customer-obsessed, safety-focused sales culture. Ideal candidates bring strong telecom sales leadership, CRM expertise, and a passion for community-focused expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach direct sales representatives to achieve fiber broadband acquisition targets

• Develop and execute territory and door-to-door sales strategies for residential and small business customers

• Monitor KPIs, pipeline, and performance metrics; deliver accurate forecasts and reports

• Partner with Marketing and Business Development on campaigns and local market initiatives

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and ethical selling practices

• Recruit, train, and mentor sales talent; conduct ride-alongs and performance reviews

• Leverage CRM tools to track activity, optimize routes, and improve conversion rates

• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and enhance the sales experience

• Represent Clearwave Fiber in community events to build brand awareness and drive leads
