Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Kohler is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead strategic procurement for our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies for key direct and indirect materials, qualify and select suppliers, and drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements. You will negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance and risk, and support new product introductions. Partnering with engineering, operations, and finance, you will analyze spend data, identify savings opportunities, support sustainability goals, and ensure supply continuity across Kohler's global manufacturing network.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for direct and indirect materials

• Identify, qualify, and select suppliers to support manufacturing operations

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost and value targets

• Monitor and manage supplier performance, quality, risk, and continuity of supply

• Partner with engineering, operations, and finance on cost, quality, and delivery initiatives

• Support new product introductions with sourcing strategies and supplier readiness

• Analyze spend data to identify savings, consolidation, and process improvement opportunities

• Contribute to sustainability and responsible sourcing initiatives

• Maintain accurate sourcing, contract, and supplier records in procurement systems Required Skills
