Senior Payroll Specialist
Job Description
Continuum Advantage LLC seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to own accurate, timely payroll for a boutique wealth management firm. In this role, you will manage end to end payroll processing, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, reconcile payroll and benefit deductions, and prepare detailed reports for leadership. You will respond to employee inquiries, streamline processes, and help optimize payroll systems. Working in a collaborative, client centric culture, you'll support a disciplined, fiduciary minded environment while growing your expertise in a dynamic financial services setting.
Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for firm employees and advisors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Administer compensation, bonuses, and payroll adjustments in compliance with federal and state regulations.

Reconcile payroll reports, general ledger entries, and benefit deductions.

Maintain payroll records, audits, and documentation to support fiduciary and regulatory standards.

Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies with tact and confidentiality.

Collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership on compensation policies and process improvements.

Prepare periodic payroll, tax, and headcount reports for management and external partners.

Support implementation and optimization of payroll systems and related integrations.

Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, tax rules, and firm policies.
