Senior HR Business Partner

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our rapidly growing Data Centers business. In this role, you'll partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals across leasing, operations, and facility management. You will lead workforce planning, talent and succession initiatives, performance management, and organizational design while championing JLL's performance-driven, inclusive culture. Collaborate globally to implement HR programs, advise on complex employee relations, drive change initiatives, and use HR analytics to inform decisions in a dynamic real estate and data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to data center and real estate business leaders, aligning people strategy with business objectives

• Lead workforce planning, talent pipeline, and succession planning for critical data center and operations roles

• Drive performance management, coaching leaders on feedback, development planning, and high-performance culture

• Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance, fair practices, and risk mitigation

• Use HR analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and recommend data-driven people strategies

• Support organizational design, change management, and restructuring initiatives in a high-growth environment

• Collaborate with global HR COEs on compensation, benefits, learning, and DE&I initiatives
