Senior Financial Analyst

Hologic is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support R&D decision-making in our Biotechnology & Pharmaceuticals portfolio. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for clinical and product development projects, providing insights on spend, ROI, and resource allocation. Partner closely with scientists, project managers, and leaders to evaluate scenarios, track KPIs, and optimize investment in innovation. You'll thrive in Hologic's mission-driven, collaborative culture while contributing directly to advances in women's health worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for R&D programs and portfolios

• Monitor actuals vs. budget and analyze variances for clinical and development projects

• Partner with R&D and project management to evaluate ROI and scenario trade-offs

• Prepare management reports and dashboards highlighting KPIs and insights

• Support business cases for new R&D investments and technology initiatives

• Collaborate with finance, operations, and commercial teams on cross-functional projects

• Ensure data integrity in ERP/BI tools and continuously improve reporting processes Required Skills
