Senior Director, Property Partnerships

Housing Connector seeks a Senior Director, Property Partnerships to lead strategy and execution to expand our network of property owners and managers. In this mission-driven leadership role, you will design and scale partnership models that reduce barriers to housing, deliver clear value to property partners, and increase access for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. You will oversee a high-performing partnerships team, manage key regional and national relationships, use data to refine outreach and incentives, and collaborate cross-functionally to align technology, operations, and services around property-partner needs. Ideal candidates bring deep experience in partnerships or real estate, strong strategic and analytical skills, and a passion for housing equity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the national strategy for property partnerships to expand housing access in high-cost markets.

• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing property partnerships team with clear goals and metrics.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with key property owners, managers, and real estate partners.

• Design and negotiate partnership structures, incentives, and agreements that align impact and property needs.

• Use data and KPIs to evaluate performance, refine outreach strategies, and inform market expansion.

• Collaborate with technology, operations, and services teams to ensure partner-centric solutions and workflows.

• Represent Housing Connector with external stakeholders through presentations, events, and industry forums.

• Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and reporting for property partnership initiatives.
