Senior Claims Representative Analyst

Society Insurance Company seeks a Senior Claims Representative Analyst to handle complex commercial property and casualty claims for niche clients in hospitality, restaurants, bars, taverns, and artisan contracting. You will investigate losses, interpret coverage, set reserves, and drive fair, timely resolutions while collaborating closely with agents, underwriters, and risk control. Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze complex commercial property and casualty claims from first notice through resolution.

• Interpret policies, determine coverage, and establish accurate reserves in line with company standards.

• Negotiate settlements with policyholders, claimants, and attorneys while managing litigation when needed.

• Collaborate with agents, underwriters, and risk control to support tailored coverage and risk management solutions.

• Provide responsive, relationship-focused service to hospitality, restaurant, bar, and artisan contractor clients.

• Document claim files thoroughly and maintain regulatory and internal compliance.

• Identify trends and provide feedback to improve underwriting and loss control strategies.
