Senior Accountant

Crew Carwash is seeking a Senior Accountant to support our growing retail network across Indiana and the Midwest. In this role, you'll lead month-end close, general ledger management, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate, timely statements for a multi-location operation. You'll prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analyses; support budgeting and forecasting; and help strengthen internal controls and processes. Partnering closely with operations and leadership, you'll translate financial data into insights that drive performance, while contributing to a people-first culture focused on integrity, development, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow analysis for multi-location operations

• Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures

• Partner with operations and leadership to interpret financial results and drive performance

• Assist with audits, tax support, and compliance documentation

• Leverage ERP and Excel reporting to streamline processes and improve data quality

• Provide coaching and support to junior accounting staff and cross-functional partners Required Skills
