School Services Regional Director

Music & Arts seeks a School Services Regional Director to lead growth across a multi-state territory in our retail trade school business. You'll drive instrument rental and sales revenue, expand lesson programs, and strengthen partnerships with music educators and districts. Oversee a team of school service reps, set goals, analyze performance, and ensure outstanding customer service. Collaborate with retail, repair, and corporate teams to deliver seamless experiences while advancing our mission of supporting music education in schools and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional school services strategy to grow instrument rentals, sales, and lessons revenue

• Develop and maintain relationships with school music educators and district leaders

• Manage and support a team of school service representatives in the region

• Analyze regional performance, forecasts, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement

• Coordinate with retail, e commerce, and repair teams to ensure excellent service to schools

• Plan and execute school-focused events, recruiting nights, and educational outreach

• Ensure high standards of customer service, fulfillment accuracy, and timely delivery to schools

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the education and retail music space

• Develop regional budgets and manage expenses to meet profitability goals
