Sales Project Coordinator

In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end sales projects, managing timelines, documentation, and communication between sales, operations, and customers. You will prepare proposals, track orders, maintain CRM data, and support accurate forecasting. Responsibilities

• Coordinate new unit sales projects from opportunity through delivery for Generac solutions

• Support sales team with proposals, contracts, and customer documentation

• Maintain accurate project and sales data in CRM and tracking tools

• Liaise with operations, engineering, and finance to ensure timely, compliant execution

• Monitor project timelines, risks, and milestones, escalating issues as needed

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards

• Assist with customer communication, scheduling, and follow-up activities
