    Internal Account Manager - Electrical Wholesale / Distribution Uxbridge Hybrid - 1 day from home after probation 39,000 basic + bonus Realistic 10k first-year earnings, rising to 30k Full-Time Permanent Are you currently working in an electrical wholesaler, electrical distribution business or branch environment and looking to take the next step in your career? We're looking for an experienced Internal Account Manager to join a growing business in Uxbridge, managing an established customer portfolio and building strong long-term relationships. This could suit someone currently working in a branch-based electrical wholesaler who has good product knowledge and enjoys dealing with customers, quoting and managing orders. The Role You'll take responsibility for an established customer base worth approximately 2m , handling enquiries, preparing quotations and ensuring orders are managed smoothly from enquiry through to delivery. You'll be dealing with customers regularly, understanding their requirements and using your knowledge of electrical products to provide the right solutions. Key Responsibilities - Manage and develop an established customer portfolio. - Handle inbound customer enquiries and sales orders. - Prepare quotations using product codes and part numbers. - Advise customers on products, availability and lead times. - Forecast delivery dates and manage customer expectations. - Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled. - Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts. - Build strong, long-term customer relationships. About You We're particularly interested in people who have worked within: - Electrical wholesale - Electrical distribution - Electrical merchant / branch environment - Internal sales within an electrical products business - Electrical or technical product distribution You may currently be working as an Internal Sales Executive, Sales Advisor, Branch Salesperson, Account Manager, Internal Account Manager or similar . You don't need to have worked in a traditional account management role - strong electrical product knowledge, customer service skills and a commercial mindset are equally valuable. We're looking for someone who is: - Confident dealing with customers by phone and email. - Comfortable working with product codes and technical information. - Commercially aware and interested in growing accounts. - Organised and accurate. - Customer-focused with strong communication skills. - Used to working in a busy wholesale, distribution or branch environment.
