Key Responsibilities - Generate qualified sales opportunities through proactive outbound engagement with prospective clients. - Build relationships with senior decision-makers. - Conduct high-quality business conversations to identify client needs, challenges and commercial opportunities. - Manage and nurture prospect relationships throughout the lead generation process. - Undertake market and prospect research to support targeted business development campaigns. - Accurately maintain CRM records, capture market intelligence and provide qualified opportunities to client sales teams. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, telesales, lead generation, outbound sales or a related B2B environment. - Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers over the phone. - Confident and professional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and managing a high volume of outbound activity. - Self-motivated, resilient and commercially minded, with a genuine interest in business development and relationship building.     Regional Sales Manager - Scotland Location: Scotland Salary: Competitive Benefits: Company car + bonus A new Regional Sales Manager role covering Scotland, focused on driving sales across material processing, recycling and waste equipment.
