This role partners closely with regional leadership to execute strategic initiatives, build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners, and cultivate a high-performing team that supports Marshall+Sterling's mission and long-term objectives. - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and regional sales goals. - Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor Sales Executives while providing ongoing performance management and development. - Partner with Regional and Division leadership to execute sales strategies that support Marshall+Sterling's business objectives. - Drive business growth through client retention, prospecting, cross-selling, account rounding, and new business development. - Monitor sales performance and recommend strategies to improve productivity and profitability. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal teams. - Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, insurance products, regulatory changes, and emerging technology. - Maintain required insurance licenses and continuing education requirements. - Represent Marshall+Sterling through professional organizations and community engagement. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required. - Proven sales and management skills. - Excellent organizational and management skills. - Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. - Experience with Vertafore a plus. - Ability to delegate effectively. - Works effectively and relates well with others including superiors, colleagues and individuals inside and outside the company in a professional manner. - Appropriate state insurance licenses and continuing education required. - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively. - High level of organizational ability with attention to detail. - Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Total Rewards Package: Compensation: $250,000 - $275,000+, based on demonstrated insurance sales experience and measurable achievements.
