Retail Tech Merchandise Associate

Sierra, a division of XYZ Tech Inc. in Chicago, IL, seeks a Temporary Retail Merchandise Associate to support our tech-focused retail operations. In this role, you will stock and organize tech merchandise, maintain accurate inventory, set visual displays, and assist customers with basic product questions. You'll use digital tools and POS systems to process transactions and track stock levels. Working closely with store and operations teams, you'll ensure shelves are full, signage is accurate, and the sales floor is clean, safe, and aligned with brand standards during a fast-paced seasonal period.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and replenish tech merchandise on the sales floor

• Maintain accurate inventory counts using digital tools

• Set and refresh visual merchandise displays and signage

• Assist customers with basic product questions and item location

• Operate POS system to process purchases and returns

• Monitor floor for cleanliness, safety, and product availability

• Coordinate with store leadership on priority merchandising tasks
