Retail Sales Project Coordinator

A. O. Smith seeks a Retail Sales Project Coordinator to support retail accounts for our water heating and treatment products. In this role, you'll manage quotes, orders, and project timelines, ensuring accurate pricing, product selection, and on-time delivery. You'll coordinate between retail customers, sales, logistics, and manufacturing, track inventory and shipments, and resolve issues quickly. Using CRM and ERP tools, you'll maintain data, prepare reports, and support sales initiatives while contributing to our culture of innovation, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate retail sales projects from quote to delivery for water heaters and treatment products

• Prepare and process quotes, orders, and change requests with accurate pricing and product details

• Serve as primary liaison between retail customers, sales, logistics, and manufacturing

• Monitor project timelines, shipments, and inventory to ensure on-time fulfillment

• Resolve order, delivery, and billing issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate data in CRM and ERP systems and generate sales and operations reports

• Support retail sales initiatives, product launches, and promotions
