Residential Outside Sales Executive

Clearwave Fiber LLC is expanding our residential footprint in Lansing and seeking a driven Residential Outside Sales Executive to grow subscriptions to our future-ready fiber internet and voice services. In this field-based role, you'll canvass neighborhoods, attend community events, and build local relationships to educate residents on the benefits of high-speed fiber in underserved areas. Responsibilities include prospecting, door-to-door presentations, qualifying leads, closing sales, and coordinating installations while using CRM tools to manage your pipeline. Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new residential customers for Clearwave Fiber's internet and voice services in assigned Lansing territory

• Conduct door-to-door and community-based sales presentations to explain fiber benefits and service packages

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets

• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools and timely follow-up

• Coordinate installations with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding

• Perform site visits, attend local events, and represent Clearwave Fiber in the community

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and competitors

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve basic concerns pre- and post-sale

• Accurately complete sales contracts, service orders, and required documentation
