Recruitment Consultant

Salary: 28,000 - 35,000 DOE with OTE of 10,000 - 15,000 commission

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys building relationships, and is confident managing a variety of vacancies across multiple sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Sourcing high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and our extensive in-house database as well as cutting edge AI recruitment tools.

• Conducting telephone and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability, skills, and career aspirations.

• Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.

• Interpreting client job briefs and identifying the key skills, experience, and qualities required.

• Delivering exceptional service to both candidates and clients.

• Working to deadlines whilst managing multiple vacancies and priorities.

• Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks, including formatting CVs, maintaining accurate records, and updating recruitment systems.

About You

• Previous experience within a recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

• Comfortable using recruitment databases, ATS systems, LinkedIn, and job board platforms.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for recruitment.
