We are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Assessment Assistant to lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates through to assessment, onboarding, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.

• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns across a variety of roles.

• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

• Plan and deliver assessment centres, both virtual and face-to-face.

• Coordinate hiring managers, assessors, and recruitment activities to ensure efficient hiring processes.

• Oversee onboarding, vetting, compliance, and right-to-work checks.

• Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS and CRM systems.

• Build talent pipelines and develop innovative recruitment strategies.

• Produce recruitment reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

About You:

• Proven recruitment or talent acquisition experience.

• Experience running assessment centres or high-volume recruitment campaigns.

• Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.

• Knowledge of onboarding, vetting, and recruitment compliance.

• Confident using ATS and CRM systems.
