Recruiting Coordinator

Hiring Drivers Now is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our web-based platform connecting CDL and non-CDL drivers with carriers nationwide. In this fast-paced, mission-driven role, you'll screen applicants, manage job postings, and coordinate high-volume driver recruiting campaigns. You'll use data and ATS/CRM tools to track leads, communicate with carriers, and optimize response times while delivering reliable, responsive support that improves hiring outcomes across the transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update high-volume driver job postings on the platform

• Screen and qualify CDL and non-CDL driver applicants

• Coordinate communication between drivers and carrier employers

• Use ATS/CRM tools to track candidates and hiring funnel metrics

• Support data-driven improvements to recruiting campaigns

• Provide responsive support to drivers and carrier partners

• Ensure accurate documentation of candidate and job data

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring targets Required Skills
