Recruiter

Securitas is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for security and corporate roles supporting our mission-driven, safety-focused operations. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to define needs, source qualified candidates, and drive an efficient, professional candidate experience. Responsibilities include sourcing through job boards and networks, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate ATS records while ensuring compliance. You will promote Securitas' culture of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness, support hiring events, and help build strong, diverse teams that protect people, property, and communities nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for security and corporate roles, from sourcing to onboarding

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach

• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews and assessments

• Maintain applicant tracking system records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

• Communicate professionally with candidates to provide updates and feedback

• Support employer branding and recruiting events, job fairs, and community partnerships

• Collaborate with HR on offers, background checks, and pre-employment processes

• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring reports to leadership
