Quality Assurance and Automation Analyst
Job Description
Michigan Farm Bureau seeks a Quality Assurance and Automation Analyst to ensure the reliability of systems supporting Michigan's farmers and rural communities. In this role, you will design and maintain automated tests, develop and execute test plans, validate data, and collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to prevent defects and improve quality. You'll support web, data, and insurance-related applications, document results, and help streamline QA processes in a mission-driven, member-focused, and collaborative hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for key applications and data workflows

Create and execute manual and automated test plans, cases, and scripts for web, API, and data systems

Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers and product owners to resolve issues

Validate data accuracy and system integrations that support insurance, member services, and advocacy functions

Participate in requirements reviews to ensure testability and clear acceptance criteria

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and automation frameworks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality releases

Prepare clear QA documentation and test reports for stakeholders.
