Job Description
Michigan Farm Bureau seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the reliability of insurance, financial, and member-service systems. In this role, you will analyze requirements, design and execute manual and automated test cases, and track defects to ensure accurate, secure, and user-friendly solutions for staff and members. You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and operations teams in an Agile environment, support regression and integration testing, and help improve QA processes. Responsibilities

Design, document, and execute manual and automated test cases for insurance, financial, and member-service systems.

Analyze business and technical requirements to define test scope, acceptance criteria, and traceability.

Log, track, and retest defects using a test or issue-tracking tool, ensuring timely resolution with development teams.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and user-acceptance testing across web and back-office applications.

Validate data integrity using SQL queries and coordinate testing across multiple interfaces and systems.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and business users in an Agile environment to refine requirements and test coverage.

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and test automation coverage.

Prepare clear test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test summary reports for stakeholders.
