Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for premier banking clients, delivering personalized service and solutions

• Manage day-to-day account needs, transactions, and problem resolution with high accuracy

• Identify client goals and recommend appropriate banking, lending, and wealth products

• Collaborate with advisors and internal partners to deepen relationships and cross-sell services

• Proactively outreach to clients to review portfolios and ensure satisfaction

• Maintain detailed client records and document interactions in CRM systems

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulations, and risk management standards

• Support onboarding of new premier clients and assist with account setup and digital tools

• Monitor client activity to identify retention risks and opportunities for growth
