Plant Human Resources Manager

Clayens US LLC, a leading San Francisco software innovator, seeks a Plant Human Resources Manager to support our technology-driven operations. In this role, you will lead HR for a key plant location, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management for technical and operations staff. You will partner with plant leadership to align workforce planning with production goals, drive compliance, administer benefits, and support training initiatives. You'll foster an inclusive, collaborative culture and champion HR programs that enable innovation, safety, and continuous improvement across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level HR strategy aligned with company and production goals

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for plant staff

• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and coaching for leaders

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and HR policies

• Administer benefits and support compensation reviews for plant employees

• Use HRIS and data to monitor trends and recommend improvements

• Partner with plant leadership on organizational design and change initiatives

• Coordinate training, safety, and development programs to upskill employees

• Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture that reflects company values
