Personal Banker

Civista Bank is seeking a part-time Personal Banker to build lasting customer relationships while delivering outstanding service. In this role, you will open and service personal accounts, process transactions, and recommend appropriate banking, lending, and digital solutions. You'll educate customers on products, resolve issues, and help them achieve their financial goals. As part of our community-focused team, you will support branch sales initiatives, follow compliance and security procedures, and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment that reflects our commitment to integrity and local communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service for everyday banking needs

• Open, maintain, and service personal accounts and related products

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions accurately

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking and lending solutions

• Educate customers on digital banking tools and account features

• Support branch sales goals through referrals and cross-selling

• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex concerns as needed

• Adhere to bank policies, compliance, and security procedures

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions
