Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Location: Berkhamsted (Hybrid working)

Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 5:30pm

We're looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join a well-established financial services firm based in Berkhamsted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft Suitability Reports (New Money, Fund Switches, Pension Transfers, etc.)

• Conduct financial product research using tools like FE Analytics, Cashcalc, and Defaqto

• Manage new business submissions and complete data entry tasks

• Prepare meeting documentation and assist advisers in client communications

• Act as a point of contact for clients and providers when advisers are unavailable

• Ensure adherence to compliance standards in all activities

• Maintain CRM systems (e.g., XPlan, Intelligent Office) The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Essential:

• 2+ years' experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar role within the financial services sector

• GCSE English & Maths (Grade C or above)

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to analyse and interpret numerical data Desirable:

• CII Level 4 Diploma or working towards it (R01-R06)

• Familiarity with XPlan , Intelligent Office , or similar CRM systems

• Experience in an IFA environment Why Work With Us?
