Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate printing, scanning, and document workflows to support IT and government project teams

Manage digital and physical document intake, tracking, and distribution using enterprise systems

Ensure accuracy, version control, and security of sensitive program documentation

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and support staff to fulfill document requests and deadlines

Monitor and maintain print room equipment and supplies, escalating technical issues as needed

Support process improvements for document lifecycle, standards, and quality control

Generate basic reports and logs on document activity and print usage for stakeholders
