Responsibilities

• Generate new residential and small-business customers through door-to-door and field-based sales

• Educate prospects on ADT smart home and security solutions, features, and pricing

• Conduct in-home consultations, assess customer needs, and build tailored security packages

• Complete required paperwork, digital contracts, and CRM updates accurately and on time

• Coordinate with installation and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets in a high-energy, performance-driven environment

• Participate in ongoing training on products, sales techniques, and industry trends

• Provide basic post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and drive referrals

• Represent Safe Haven Security professionally in local neighborhoods and community settings
