Outside Sales Rep

ARC Document Solutions seeks an Outside Sales Rep to drive growth for our digital printing, document management, and information management solutions. Serving AEC and business clients, you'll prospect, qualify, and close new accounts while expanding relationships with existing customers. You'll assess client workflows, present tailored print and digital solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation. This role is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused salesperson eager to build long-term relationships and grow in the information technology and software services space.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territory for ARC's digital printing and information management solutions

• Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand document workflows and propose tailored IT and print solutions

• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation through proposal, negotiation, and closing

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing AEC and business customers to drive renewals and upsell services

• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth solution implementation and customer satisfaction

• Track activities, pipeline, and account information in CRM and provide accurate sales forecasts

• Stay current on ARC's services, industry trends, and competitors to position solutions effectively

• Represent ARC at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand presence Required Skills
