Outside B2B Sales Representative - Pest Control Services

Orkin is hiring a B2B Outside Sales Rep to drive commercial pest control solutions for business clients. In this field-based role, you'll prospect, cold call, and manage a sales territory, conduct site inspections, and build long-term relationships with facility managers and business owners. You'll develop tailored proposals, present treatment plans, and partner with service teams to ensure effective implementation and customer satisfaction. Orkin provides comprehensive sales and technical training, safety-focused support, and clear paths for advancement into senior sales and management roles nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cold call business customers to generate new commercial accounts

• Manage and grow an assigned territory of B2

• B clients

• Conduct site inspections to understand pest pressures and service needs

• Develop and present tailored pest management proposals and contracts

• Negotiate pricing and terms to close new business

• Use CRM tools to track leads, pipeline, and account activities

• Collaborate with service teams to ensure quality service delivery and retention

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets

• Maintain knowledge of Orkin services, treatments, and safety standards
