Ideally you'll have: - At least one year's recent experience within recruitment or talent acquisition, managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns. - Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. - A proactive, positive and approachable attitude. - Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence producing reports and presentations. - The ability to analyse recruitment data and present findings clearly. - Previous experience within a professional services environment would be advantageous. - A recruitment qualification or CIPD qualification would be beneficial but is not essential. - A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. - The ability to commit to the duration of the fixed-term contract.
