Onsite Medicaid Eligibility Representative

The Revenue Group, a Cleveland-based leader in revenue recovery, seeks an Onsite Medicaid Eligibility Representative to support patients at healthcare facilities. In this role, you'll interview patients, determine potential Medicaid eligibility, and assist with completing and submitting applications. You'll verify documentation, explain program options, and maintain accurate records using company systems. Working closely with hospital staff, you'll help improve cash flow while delivering professional, compassionate service in a compliance-driven, goal-oriented environment with structured training and performance support.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in determining Medicaid eligibility and completing applications on-site at healthcare facilities

• Verify patient information, documentation, and financial details in compliance with state and federal guidelines

• Explain Medicaid programs, coverage options, and next steps clearly and professionally to patients and families

• Collaborate with hospital and clinic staff to gather necessary information and support revenue cycle goals

• Use internal systems to track applications, update account status, and maintain accurate records

• Meet performance and quality standards while following all compliance and privacy regulations

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling questions and resolving basic eligibility or documentation issues

• Participate in training and coaching to improve productivity, accuracy, and communication skills Required Skills
