Alumni Healthcare Staffing seeks a MyMichigan Pipeline Initiative Recruiter to build and manage a steady pipeline of physicians, advanced practitioners, and allied health professionals for MyMichigan facilities. In this role, you will handle full-cycle recruiting-sourcing, screening, and placing providers in locum tenens and permanent positions-while coordinating credentialing and compliance with internal teams. You'll partner closely with clinicians and hiring managers, providing responsive, high-touch service and using ATS/CRM tools to track activity and results. Responsibilities

Source, screen, and qualify healthcare clinicians for locum tenens and permanent roles across My

Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, outreach, interviews, and offer coordination.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare clients to understand staffing needs.

Coordinate onboarding, credentialing, and compliance documentation with internal teams and facilities.

Track pipeline activity, leads, and placements using ATS/CRM tools and reporting dashboards.

Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize urgent openings and meet client service-level expectations.

Provide timely communication and high-touch service to clinicians and hiring managers.

Use market research and data to advise clients and candidates on rates, availability, and hiring trends.
