Multi Unit Sales Manager

Performance Food Group is seeking a Multi Unit Sales Manager to lead sales growth across multiple territories in our wholesale foodservice business. In this role, you will coach and develop a team of sales reps, drive new business and penetration within restaurants, healthcare, education, and retail, and manage key regional accounts. You'll analyze sales performance, optimize pricing and programs, and partner with operations to ensure service excellence. Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of multi-unit or territory sales representatives

• Drive revenue growth and case volume across assigned wholesale/foodservice territories

• Manage key regional and multi-unit accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction

• Develop and execute territory and account-level sales plans and forecasts

• Analyze sales performance data to adjust strategies and improve results

• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and procurement to ensure service excellence

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and programs within company guidelines

• Identify and secure new business opportunities and expand existing customer penetration

• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and company policies in all activities

• Report results and pipeline updates to senior sales leadership regularly Required Skills
