BDM Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting an experienced Protection Advisor / Protection Broker on behalf of a highly successful and established mortgage and protection brokerage based in Berkshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Protection Advisor seeking a home-based position offering a £30,000 basic salary, uncapped commission and a consistent supply of approximately 35 pre-qualified protection leads every month .

With realistic earnings of £50,000 - £80,000+ OTE , this position is ideally suited to an ambitious Protection Advisor or Protection Broker who wants to focus on advising clients and writing business rather than having to constantly generate their own leads.

The Opportunity

The company has an established team of experienced Mortgage Advisors who generate a consistent supply of protection opportunities.

As a result, you will receive approximately 35 pre-qualified leads per month , giving you a strong pipeline of clients to work with from the outset.

In addition to new leads, you will also have access to an extensive existing client database, creating further opportunities to conduct protection reviews and generate additional business.

Working from home, you will provide professional protection advice across a comprehensive range of products, including:

• Mortgage Protection You will also have access to a strong panel of leading protection providers, allowing you to recommend appropriate solutions based on each client's individual circumstances and requirements.

As a Home-Based Protection Advisor / Protection Broker, you will:

• Contact new pre-qualified protection leads promptly

• Conduct detailed client fact finds

• Establish clients' individual protection requirements

• Provide professional protection advice

• Recommend suitable protection solutions

• Advise across life insurance, critical illness and income protection products

• Manage clients throughout the application process

• Conduct regular protection reviews with existing clients

• Develop additional opportunities from the existing client database

• Maintain accurate client and compliance records

• Deliver an excellent standard of customer service About You

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Previous experience as a Protection Advisor, Protection Broker or Mortgage Protection Advisor

• A proven track record of providing protection advice

• R05 qualification

• Good knowledge of life insurance and protection products

• Strong sales and client relationship skills

• Excellent telephone and communication skills

• The ability to work independently and effectively from home

• A professional and customer-focused approach
