Mergers and Acquisitions Financial Analyst II
Job Description
Kohler seeks a Mergers & Acquisition Analyst II to support strategic growth across its global manufacturing and hospitality portfolio. In this role, you will build detailed financial models, analyze targets, support valuations, and prepare investment memos for leadership. You'll coordinate due diligence, assess risks and synergies, and synthesize market and competitive research. Partner with cross-functional teams to support deal execution and post-close integration in a culture that values craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainable impact.
Responsibilities

Develop detailed financial models and valuations for potential acquisitions and divestitures

Conduct financial statement, cash flow, and scenario analysis to assess deal economics

Support end-to-end due diligence, coordinating data requests and findings with cross-functional teams

Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership

Research markets, competitors, and industry trends to identify and evaluate M&A opportunities

Assess synergies, risks, and integration considerations for potential deals

Collaborate with operations, finance, legal, and business unit leaders on deal execution
