Marketing Director London / Hybrid £DOE

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Director to join a high-profile, growing membership organisation.

Membership or association experience is essential. We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked within a membership organisation, professional body, trade association or similar environment.

Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead a small marketing team and shape the organisation s marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, member engagement and commercial growth.

You will have responsibility for:

• Developing and delivering the marketing and brand strategy.

• Leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, CRM, email, SEO and advertising.

• Driving member engagement, acquisition and retention.

• Leading and developing the marketing team.

• Working closely with the CEO, Board and senior stakeholders.

What we re looking for:

• Significant marketing experience within a membership/association environment essential.

• Senior leadership and team management experience.

• Strategic yet hands-on approach.

• Strong B2B and senior stakeholder experience.

• Excellent understanding of digital marketing, CRM, content, social and automation.

• Commercially astute, entrepreneurial and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
