Manager, Retail Technology Platforms

Crew Carwash is seeking a Manager, Retail Technology Platforms to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of retail systems that power our express and full-service carwash network. You will oversee POS, loyalty, mobile, and kiosk technologies, ensuring uptime, data integrity, and seamless customer experiences. Partnering with operations, IT, and vendors, you will drive roadmap planning, system integrations, pilots, and continuous improvement. This role includes leading small cross-functional project teams and translating business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for retail technology platforms supporting Crew Carwash locations

• Oversee POS, loyalty, mobile, and kiosk systems to ensure reliability, performance, and security

• Lead implementation, upgrades, pilots, and rollouts of new retail technologies across sites

• Collaborate with operations, IT, and vendors to translate business needs into system solutions

• Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, and support escalations for retail tech platforms

• Guide small cross-functional project teams and coordinate timelines and deliverables

• Define and track KPIs for system performance, uptime, and customer experience

• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and best practices across locations

• Ensure data integrity, reporting, and integrations with core enterprise systems

• Support change management, training coordination, and communication for new technology releases Required Skills
