Manager Retail Branch

GreenState Credit Union is seeking a Manager Retail Branch to lead daily operations, sales, and member service in our Banking department. This role oversees branch staff, drives deposit and loan growth, ensures compliance with banking and credit union regulations, and delivers exceptional, member-focused service. The Manager develops community and business relationships, coaches team members, analyzes financial and performance reports, and implements strategies to meet goals while supporting GreenState's mission of financial empowerment and community impact in a collaborative, values-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficient, compliant service delivery

• Coach, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve sales and service goals

• Drive deposit, loan, and investment growth through proactive member engagement

• Ensure adherence to banking, credit union, and regulatory compliance standards

• Oversee cash management, security, and risk controls within the branch

• Analyze branch performance reports and implement action plans to meet targets

• Resolve complex member issues and maintain high member satisfaction

• Develop community and business relationships to expand membership and brand presence

• Collaborate with internal partners to cross-sell banking, lending, and investment solutions
