Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis

Pipp Mobile Storage Systems Inc, a leader in information technology and software, seeks a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to drive data-informed decision-making. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, build financial models, and deliver insights that guide strategic initiatives. Partner closely with product, sales, and operations to evaluate investments, SaaS metrics, and performance KPIs. Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes

• Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives

• Prepare and present management reports and dashboards for leadership and executive teams

• Partner with product, sales, and operations to analyze Saa

• S metrics and key performance indicators

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions and resource allocation

• Improve and standardize FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks

• Monitor variances versus budget/forecast and explain key business drivers

• Support board and investor reporting with high-quality financial analysis and narratives

• Collaborate with accounting on month-end close to ensure accurate financial results
