Management Accountant North Yorkshire Temporary to Permanent Immediate Start

A well-established not-for-profit organisation in North Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis with an immediate start .

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who can quickly add value in a busy and purpose-driven environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts

• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis

• Supporting year-end processes and audit preparation

• Balance sheet reconciliations

• Providing financial insight and support to budget holders

• Assisting with process improvement and financial controls About you:

• Proven experience in a Management Accountant role

• Strong month-end and management reporting experience

• Ideally studying, qualified, or qualified by experience

• Confident working independently and managing priorities

• Strong Excel and systems skills

• Available to start immediately or at short notice Working arrangement:

• Temp to perm opportunity

• Immediate start
